Message on comment form. Many of you have seen I have this at the bottom of each blog post: "Thanks for visiting my blog and you are welcomed to leave a comment. In case you leave a question I will answer in this same post. XoX" and it's also translated into Spanish. To me this adds more of a personal touch, and you get the chance to thank your viewers for reading your blog. To add your own personal message go to: Settings > 'Posts and comments'. Here you can add your customized message. Write a nice message and don't forget to click on 'Save Settings'.

Add AdSense. Want to make some money by blogging? Add AdSense!! With AdSense you can place ads where people will more likely see it so that they click on it, but won't bother them at the same time. I try to blend the colors so it's not a dramatic change between my posts and the ads. Currently I have two ads on the right column and one between my blog posts. It's always a good idea to change the position of your ads from time to time to play with it and see what gives you better results. To add AdSense on Blogger go to your 'Earnings' options. Follow the instructions to set it up. For some people it takes only a few days to get their account approved, but for me it took two months. Once it's approved you can choose to display them on: 'Sidebar and posts', 'sidebar', or 'posts'. I chose both sidebar and posts to earn a little more.

Fun cursor. I like to play around with my blog cursor. For Halloween I added an orange pumpkin, for Thanksgiving I had a fat little turkey, and for Christmas most likely I'll choose a Christmas tree! Changing your blog cursor is a fun way to decorate your blog. For free cute little cursors I love using www.cursors-4u.com Cursors-4u has them neatly organized by categories like: holidays, cute, food, movies, and more! But there's only one downside, you won't be able to see a .gif cursor unless you're using Internet Explorer. For all other browsers you can use any of their un-moving cursors.

Open links in a different tab. When adding links to your posts you don't want to lose your readers when they click on one of your links within the blog post. You want your reader to stay on your blog, but at the same time you want for them to open a new window/tab. When you add a link in the 'Edit Link' pop-up make sure the 'Open this link in a new window' is selected. Another way you can customize the link is by using the following code...
<a href="LINK" target=_blank>TEXT</a>
Where it says LINK you add the website URL you want the link to open to. In TEXT you add any word, site name, or phrase you want it to say.

Follow me. Personally I don't like reading this. It makes me feel like I'm being obligated to follow them and makes them seem to be begging to be followed. People will follow you if they find your content interesting. All you have to do is visit blogs often and leave nice, and honest comments. The next time you come back to your blog I promise you'll find new followers if they really like your blog.

I hope you have enjoyed these 5 blogging tips! Stay tuned, for even MORE tips! I hope this was helpful and remember you can find Part 1 here! Thanks for passing by :))
