BEST RAW DESSERTS RECIPE

Today I want to share with you this yummy raw dessert recipe! Below are two recipes I enjoy making and people always like them when I take them to an event. It’s a raw, vegan, and healthy dessert! Best of all you don’t require an oven to make them! They’re easy to make and all you need are a few ingredients. So let’s get started!

CASHEW RAW DESSERT

1 cup dates
1 ¼ cup cashews
1 tbsp vanilla
¼ cup shredded coconut
¼ cup coconut oil

In a food processor add all the ingredients. Use the On or pulse button until all the ingredients are combined. I process this mixture for about 1 to 2 minutes. Grab about a tablespoon of the mixture between your palms and roll it into bite-sized balls.

PECANS RAW DESSERT

1 ¼ cup pecans
1 cup dates
1 tbsp vanilla
¼ tsp cinnamon powder

The same process as before putting all the ingredients in the food processor. In case you don’t like cinnamon you can replace it with cacao powder. Use the On or pulse button until all the ingredients are combined. I process this mixture for about 1 to 2 minutes. Grab about a tablespoon of the mixture between your palms and roll it into bite-sized balls.

If you like you can coat them with shredded coconut. Store them in the fridge or leave them out. I end up with more than 30 balls with these two recipes combined.

Thanks for passing by and if you make them you can share pictures with me through social media using the hashtag #LynSire I would love to see your photos and tell me if you like them! Thanks and until next time :))

POSTRE CRUDIVEGANO
