My Law of Attraction Stories

My Law of Attraction stories + 5 tips to manifest anything!

This year alone, I have been able to manifest various things. Different circumstances, and events that I wanted to manifest into my life using the Law of Attraction (LOA).

The first time I got introduced to the Law of Attraction is when I read the book The Secret a few years ago. Ever since I read the book, and saw the movie The Secret I have been intrigued. It felt as if I knew about it, but I was recently discovering it.

It really has been a fun journey ever since, and I already lost count of all the things that I was able to achieve. Life is really what we make of it. We attract good or bad things into our life. It all depends on the type of energy we put out to the Universe.


The Law of Attraction states...

"The law of attraction is the name given to the maxim "like attracts like" which in New Thought philosophy is used to sum up the idea that by focusing on positive or negative thoughts a person brings positive or negative experiences into their life."


This is why I wanted to share my stories from this year along, the most recent ones. They have been different circumstances that I wanted in my life. From meeting a YouTuber, to finding a job, and even having a boyfriend! And a few other stories you wouldn't believe! 5 tips to manifest anything....

1. Happy Foods - I call them happy foods because these are healthy foods. Natural foods like fruits, veggies, smoothies, juices, and alkaline water. Everything that is plant-based because it will maintain your inner energy clean.

2. Meditate - Meditation is helpful to balance your mind. Not only it has so many benefits, but after meditation you end up feeling good about yourself, and feeling positive.

3.Yoga - Any type of workout activity. Personally I like running, but it can be going out for a walk, yoga, or even Tai Chi. Whichever one you like but something that will maintain you in a good mood.

4. Books/ Movies - There are various books on the topic of Law of Attraction, and the most popular one is The Secret. Try to read, or see movies that will help you be motivated, and inspired on the topic. They even have The Secret version for kids! This is something I want to get for Little Lyn this Christmas! I'm currently reading The Magic which is about gratitude, and it includes a fun grateful challenge for 28 days!

5. Music - By music I mean tunes that will be in the vibration, and frequency of the Universe. Songs that are 528 hertz, and 432 hertz. I love listening to these songs when I meditate, or if I'm feeling stressed. I have a playlist available with the Universe Frequency in case you want to listen to it.
