MY CRUELTY-FREE ORAL HYGIENE
+ 3 natural ways to whiten teeth

Hello! Today I want to share my cruelty-free oral hygiene! Recently I have been told by my mom and boyfriend that my teeth look white.

I thought it would be a great idea to share my oral hygiene, plus three ways to naturally whiten teeth fast....

Foods I avoid...
I don't drink coffee, but I prefer tea. I drink tea every once in a while, and also avoid foods like pasta with tomato sauce that may stain teeth over time.

How often do I brush my teeth?
In my case I like brushing my teeth morning, and night. Some people like three times a day, or after each meal. It depends on your necessities, or the after taste of foods. Also, don't forget to turn off the faucet as you're brushing your teeth.

Use an eco-friendly toothbrush...
It's been a few years since I got my first bamboo toothbrush. It's the perfect way to help planet Earth, and at the same time it looks unique. My particular toothbrush comes with three month reminders to know when to switch my toothbrush. Really love it!

Cruelty-free toothpaste
There's many options, but I currently use Tom's of Maine. I know a lot of vegans don't use this brand since Colgate became the parent company. I personally don't mind as long as it stays cruelty-free. I also make sure to get fluoride free toothpaste because the water already contains this. I also use toothpowder by Eco-Dent. Basically it's baking powder with mint flavor.

Cruelty-free toothpaste brands:
Auromere
Desert Essence
Eco-Dent
Hello Products
JASON
Kiss My Face
Nature’s Gate
Radius
Tom’s of Maine
Vitacare

Do I floss?
The eco-friendly way to floss is using the string. I personally have a hard time flossing with just the sting, so I use the one with plastic. I make sure to toss it away in my recycling garbage instead of the regular waste.

What is the tongue scraper?
I include a tongue scraper in my oral hygiene. This helps to achieve a clean tongue, and prevent bad breath.

3 ways to achieve white teeth naturally....

 Coconut Oil
 Apple Cider Vinegar
 Lime Water
 - 1 tbsp coconut oil

A super quick solution. Use 1 tbsp of coconut oil. Put the oil into your mouth, and do a rinsing motion. Use it a couple of times a week for 10 - 15 minutes.
- 1 tbsp of Apple cider vinegar
- 1 glass of water

In a glass of water, use 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar. Use a small amount to rinse your mouth with this. Use the rest to drink, and it's good to achieve clear skin.
- 1 lime
- 1 glass of water

In a glass of water squeeze the juice of one lime. Use a small amount to rinse your mouth. Do it a couple of times per week. You can drink the rest to get nice skin, or loose weight.

What do you like using as part of your oral hygiene? I would love to know! Thanks for passing by and until next time...
