BEST Chocolate Chip Cookies (vegan recipe)

Have you ever wondered how the best chocolate chip cookies taste like?!! Look no further! I found the perfect recipe! I have been making these cookies for years now and I can’t remember where I found the recipe.

The best thing about these chocolate chip cookies is they don’t require any dairy! It has better alternatives than regular cookies and they are so easy to make! Most likely you already have these ingredients at home. They are so simple and easy to make and they come out so yummy, soft, and chewy!! I loooove this recipe! The BEST Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies (vegan recipe)

Grab your ingredients….

2 cups flour
1 cup sugar (I prefer brown sugar, or coconut sugar)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt (I like sea salt)
1 cup chocolate chips (I like using SunSpire Carob Chips)
⅔ cup any nut milk (I like cashew milk)
¼ cup vegetable oil OR vegan butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp dark molasses

What to do…
1. Preheat oven to 350° F (180 C)
2. In one bowl whisk together the dry ingredients. Flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3. In another bowl combine the liquid ingredients. Vegetable oil, milk, vanilla, and molasses.
4. Add the wet mixture to the dry and mix well with a wooden spoon to get the mixture well incorporated.
5. Add the chocolate chips to the mix.
6. Roll the cookie dough into balls and place on a baking sheet.
7. Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes. Let cookies fool for 5 minutes.

It makes about 16 chocolate chip cookies but I like making mine big so I got 12 cookies.

La MEJOR Galleta con Chispas de Chocolate (receta vegana)

Alguna vez te has preguntado como sabrán las mejores galletas con chispas de chocolate?! Ya no busques mas! Encontré la receta perfecta! He echo estas galletitas por varios años y no me acuerdo donde encontré esta receta.

Lo mejor de estas galletas con chispas de chocolate es que no requiere de lácteos! Tiene mejores ingredientes a las galletas regulares y son tan fáciles de hacer! Seguramente ya tengas estos ingredientes en casa. Son tan simples y fáciles de hacer y salen riquisimas, suaves, y masticosas!! Amooooo esta receta! Así que si quieres saber como hacer estas deliciosas galletas con chispas de chocolate mira el video o encuentra la recete aquí abajo…..

La MEJOR Galleta con Chispas de Chocolate (receta vegana)

Vas a necesitar….

2 tazas de harina
1 taza azúcar (Yo prefiero azúcar morena, o azúcar de coco)
1 cdta polvo de hornear
1 cdta bicarbonato de sodio
½ cdta sal (Me gusta sal de mar)
1 taza chispas de chocolate (Me gusta usar SunSpire Carob Chips)
⅔ taza cualquier leche de nuez (Me gusta la leche de anacardo/marañón)
¼ taza aceite de vegetal o mantequilla vegana
1 cdta extracto de vainilla
1 cda melaza oscura

Ahora empezamos…
1. Pon tu horno a 350° F (180 C)
2. En un tazón mezcla los ingredientes secos. Harina, azúcar, polvo de hornear, bicarbonato de sodio, y sal.
3. En otro tazón vas a mezclar los ingredientes líquidos. Aceite de vegetal, leche, vainilla, y la melaza.
4. Agrega la mezcla líquida con la seca y mezcla muy bien con un cucharón de madera para que la mezcla quede bien incorporada.
5. Agrega las chispas de chocolate a la mezcla.
6. Has bolitas con la maza y lo pones en una bandeja de hornear.
7. Lo dejas en el hornor por 8-10 minutos. Deja que las galletas se enfríen por 5 minutos.

Te saldrán como unas 16 galletas con chispas de chocolate pero a mi me gusta hacerlas grandes y me salieron 12 galletas.

    I have almond milk. Do you think this would be fine as a substitute? You can't actually taste the milk in the cookies, right?
