I recently received in the mail my new vitamin organizer from Amazon, and I have been loving it! I have a few vegan vitamins stored in different bottles, and I just wanted easy access for daily intake.
As I was doing my Amazon search, I stumbled across a few vitamin cases, and this is the one I liked. I liked the various compartments, and thought it would be the perfect one to store our vitamins.
The one I got is titled as LazyMe white pill box, and it has 7 compartments. It’s available in pink and blue. I honestly thought it was going to be bigger from the images, and I should have checked the dimensions before ordering, but it was way smaller than what I thought.
I think it’s great to have a pill box if you’re going to be travelling and store different type of pills, or just simply because you want to have them all in one place for easy access.

Hair, Nails & Skin Vitamins
The beauty vitamins I have been buying for a while, this is like the third time I buy the same vitamins. The ones I buy are the vegan Deva Vegan Vitamins hair, nails & skin. I like them because they’re vegan, and most other vitamins contain gelatin (animal bones). I take them because they have biotin which is beneficial to grow longer hair, and get strong nails.
This is the only vegan multivitamin I have taken, I haven’t tried another brand yet. The ones I buy are the Deva Vegan Mulvitamins. I bought them because I wanted to make sure I was getting my daily nutritional needs. The pills are green, big, and they have a strong smell and taste. Only one vitamin is required daily.
I read in an article that Vitamin C can reduce the chemicals in bath water. I bought it mainly for Little’s Lyn‘s bath time. Basically Vitamin C will neutralize the chlorine. So it’s just a simple way to reduce chemicals in our water.
For vegetarians and vegans Vitamin B12 is essential since we don’t eat meat. I usually add one of these in my smoothies if I know I won’t be adding a scoop of the vegan protein powder I have. I read somewhere 500mcg is a good amount, and just a few times a week is more than necessary.
I’ve mentioned before I suffer constantly with allergies, and I’m the type of person who won’t take any type of medicine. But my allergies were getting out of hand that I desperately headed to my local CVS and bought the most natural pills they had for allergies. I found Hyland’s allergy relief tablets. I was suffering with a lot of runny nose, and sneezes all day long. They have been working great for me and I take one tablet in the morning and one at night time. UPDATE – Someone pointed out Hyland’s contains lactose, so it’s not vegan. Instead I found on Amazon AllerDx seasonal relief.
Spirulina & Chlorella
My newest addition, my spirulina and chlorella pills. I already own a bottle of spirulina powder, but I don’t always use it for smoothies. I wanted the two most potent superfoods in one capsule. Some of the benefits are they boost the immune system, increases energy, purify and cleanses the body of toxins, improves brain focus, memory, concentration, and more. Got to love it!
I take astaxanthin primarily for my vision. I have depended on glasses and contacts for years to see well. I wanted to take something that would prevent my vision from getting worse, so I was recommended to take these. Astaxanthin has been shown to be five times more potent than Lutein. I also practice eye yoga to improve my vision. Other benefits of Axtaxanthin are anti-aging, protects from UV rays, improves eye and brain health, treats inflammatory skin due to acne. Next time I’ll be getting Pure Synergy eye protector which seems to have even more beneficial ingredients for healthy eyes.
And of course we should always strive to get most of our nutrients directly from natural sources like fruits, veggies, grains, beans and other foods. I take a combination of these vegan vitamins most days, but not all of them.
