For all skin types

One of my viewers asked to share the natural products for skin care that I use. So of course I thought it was a great idea, and it was time to share my updated skin care routine.

Everything that I use is cruelty-free, and tends to be natural. It feels great to know that I know I'm applying to my skin the best natural products that I can find.

As a toner, or to clean my face I like using organic rose water or DIY apple cider vinegar toner. I already have a post on how to make 3 DIY facial toners.

Natural Oils
It might seem weird to apply oils on your face, but they are so beneficial and they really work. I use a combination of oils, and I like them so much. They are a natural way to maintain our skin hydrated without using products with so many chemicals.
  • Lavender oil - Great for acne prone skin. Also use as a natural UV protector.
  • Tea tree oil - With a Q tip apply it directly on your pimple to make it disappear.
  • Vitamin C serum - Removes spots, and prevents wrinkles. Make sure to apply an oil too.
  • Rosehip oil - Softens skins, and helps to diminish spots. Hydrate really well afterward.
  • Vitamin E oil - A gentle oil for your skin. I use it in my DIY apple cider vinegar toner.
  • Castor oil - Great if you have acne prone skin. Also helps to make your makeup stay put.
  • Olive oil - A perfect oil if you have dry skin. Also great to use in hair mask.
  • Jojoba oil - The oil that mostly resembles our own skin oil. Great for all skin types.

How often do I use them?
I use something different each day. Just the same way we eat something different each day,  treat my skin the same way. Depends whether I have dry skin, or I need UV protection that day. I might use one oil or a combination of them.

Face Masks
I recently made a useful post on how to make natural face masks. I also have one that my sister gifted me which is the dead sea mud mask. Another one I use s the well-known clay facial mask.

Skin Care
In case you're looking for a vegan, cruelty-free, and organic skin care line then I highly recommend the brand OSEA Malibu. I already have a handy review post on OSEA products.

Natural Makeup
As far as makeup I use a few brands, but mostly 100% Pure and Pacifica. I use 100% Pure because they use fruit pigments. For a more affordable brand I recommend Pacifica and Pixi Beauty which can be found at Target stores.

These are some great natural products for skin care that I have. I really hope this was really useful to know which products to use depending on your skin needs.

Do you use any of these oils already? Let me know your natural skin care products! I would love to know, and until next time :))

  1. I didn't know lavender oil could be used as a UV protector. I live in a place where we have sun 90% of the time. I'll have to try it!

  2. Lavender oil, tea tree oil, vitamin E, and castor oil are all my favorites that I use on a daily basis. <3 We should collar on a post. I write about holistic health and green beauty wellness as well!

  3. I love using ACV as a toner too!!

  4. Pure, steam-distilled rose water (like Alteya's) is a daily must-have for me, and I typically have another rose water based toner on hand (like Niu Body Awake Toner Mist). I'm obsessed with green, cruelty-free products featuring rose essential oil (so much that I started a subscription box focused just on rose-infused beauty!).

  5. Awesome tips....if everyone try to follow these simple tips then they can make their skin look better. One major problem related to skin is anti aging, so for this you can try dermology anti aging solution which are natural and make our skin look beautiful and free from wrinkles.

  6. I am unquestionably making the most of your site. You unquestionably have some extraordinary knowledge and incredible stories.  Comparisons
