VEGAN BREAKFAST RECIPE: TOFU SCRAMBLE

A protein rich breakfast with tofu.

What you need:

Instructions:

This depends how much you want to make. I use half tofu from one package two make two servings; one for Little Lyn and one for me. Add a generous amount of every flavor powder. I don’t have exact measurements because I add it as I sprinkle on top of the white tofu parts.

 

 

VEGAN BREAKFAST RECIPE: BANANA SPLIT WITH YOGURT

What you need:

Instructions:

Peel 1 banana and cut in half lengthwise. Add the plant based yogurt between the banana slices. Sprinkle with a few berries, granola, and chopped nuts. So easy right?!

Tip:

For a little extra sweetness drizzle agave or maple syrup.

 

 

VEGAN BREAKFAST RECIPE: CHIA SEED PUDDING

What you need:

Instructions:

Pour ingredients into a jar and mix very well until you see no clumping. Cover the jar and store in the fridge overnight or for at least 2 hours. When you’re ready to eat it, top with your favorite fruits and enjoy!
